The highlight of this project is the breathtaking view of the Saint Eustache Church in Paris, the canopy of Les Halles, and the Pineault Contemporary Art Foundation. Facing the La Samaritaine, this project’s rooftop is a rare feature in Paris.
The opening between the two floors, with its high ceiling, allows the installation of a majestic Art Deco suspension light.
The transparency of the custom rounded glass fence provides brightness to the space, highlighting the suspension.
This apartment was designed with a priority on contemporary comfort : HVAC system, cinema room, libraries, study, fireplace area, drinks cabinet with wine cellar, etc.
